We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented After Build Cleaners to join our team. As an After Build Cleaner, you’ll be responsible for cleaning properties following construction or renovation work. Your role is crucial in ensuring that newly constructed or remodeled spaces are spotless and ready for occupancy. £12.00 per hour
Hours: 16 hours per week (flexible schedule)

Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Background check will be required.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as necessary.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferable, as job sites may vary.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in cleaning, with a preference for experience in after-build or construction cleaning.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Reliability and punctuality, with a strong work ethic.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work efficiently in physically demanding conditions.

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough post-construction cleaning of residential and commercial properties, ensuring all areas are spotless.
Remove dust, debris, and construction residue from all surfaces including floors, windows, walls, and fixtures.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and any other areas as required.
Vacuum, mop, and polish floors; deep clean carpets and upholstery as needed.
Clean windows, doors, and any glass surfaces to ensure clarity and shine.
Check for any remaining construction materials and recycle or dispose of them correctly.
Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and according to company guidelines.
Report any damages or maintenance issues to the site manager or supervisor.
