We are looking for a meticulous and reliable End of Tenancy Cleaner to join our team. This part-time position requires a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic to ensure properties are left in pristine condition for incoming tenants. Hours: 16 hours per week (flexible schedule)

Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Background check may be required.
Availability to work weekends and evenings, as needed.
Must have your own transportation or the ability to travel to various locations.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
Good verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms.
Deep clean carpets, upholstery, and hard floors using appropriate cleaning methods and equipment.
Clean kitchen appliances (ovens, microwaves, fridges) and ensure they are spotless.
Wash windows, dust fixtures, and remove any marks or stains from walls and surfaces.
Check and replace light bulbs and ensure all fixtures are functional.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
Work efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
Follow safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly.
