We are seeking dedicated and reliable HMO Cleaners to join our team. As an HMO Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment in Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMOs). £12.00 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible schedule)

Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Background check will be required.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required depending on the location of the HMOs.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of cleaning experience, ideally in residential or HMO environments.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet high cleaning standards.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.

Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of common areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and individual rooms in HMOs.
Dust, mop, vacuum, and wipe down surfaces to ensure all areas are clean and hygienic.
Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify areas in need of cleaning or maintenance.
Replace and maintain supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products as needed.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management promptly.
Follow health and safety guidelines and cleaning protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Assist in arranging and responding to special cleaning requests as directed by management.
